Documents Required to Do Business with Us
Please submit these required documents at least 48 hours before your start date to ensure timely payment:
- Contractor Fact Form
- Contractor Agreement
- W-9 Form
What to Expect During Onboarding
Submit requested information and documents in our Contractor Fact Form.
Next, be on the lookout for an email to sign the Contractor Agreement
Once everything is received, you can expect the following steps:
Review Period: We will review your documents within 48 hours.
On-Site Meeting: If applicable, we will reach out to schedule an onsite meeting or start date.
Communication: We will be prompt & transparent.
